We are very excited to be able to offer this to our families. Lunch kits are exclusive to TGVA and enrollment is verified by the school office. If you do not pick up, your child’s bag and place may be issued to another student on the waiting list. When all spots have been filled you will be notified that your student is on a waiting list. Once you sign up for the lunch kit, your student will remain on the list unless you opt out. If you are unable to make it during that time you are welcome to pick up inside the TGVA office on the following Thursday between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Drive through pick up for lunch kits will take place every week on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30, beginning March 1 st in front of the Thomas Gaines Office. The lunch kits will contain shelf stable lunch items to supplement the groceries you already have at home. We are happy to announce that we are able to provide up to 125 TGVA families with weekly lunch kits for the remainder of the school year. Pictures can include your student engaged in their school activities like doing homework, PE, or in a class meeting, etc. Please email any photos you would like contributed to the slide show to. We would like to have pictures of our 8 th graders to display in a slideshow. Parent/guardians must sign for the promotion tickets.Īny tickets that are not picked up by the end of day on May 26 th will be released to those who have completed a request for additional tickets. If you would like additional tickets you can complete a request form in our office. Students will receive 3 tickets, this does not include the promoting student. Tickets are available for pick up in our Thomas Gaines Virtual Academy office at 4730 Sterling Hill Drive from Monday, May 8 th - Friday May 26 th. Our promotion will also be live streamed for those who would prefer to celebrate virtually. 8 th grade students participating in the promotion ceremony will need to arrive at 8:15am.
